Suzanne Breniser, 82, passed away on February 15, 2023 in Glendale, AZ. She was born November 11, 1940 in Midland, MI to Henry and Gertrude Goldsmith.
Suzanne is survived by son, Brian (Jamie) Breniser; daughter, Tara Breniser; four grandchildren: Anna, Evan and Jacob Breniser and Lara (Nathan) Breniser Miller; two great-grandchildren, Henry and Ophelia Miller. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Wayne Johnson.
Suzanne was a resident of Sun City for the past 20 years. She was employed at the V.A. Medical Center, retiring with 35 years of service with bridge time at Grissom Airforce Base in Indiana. She enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and loved to cook, often providing gourmet meals. Suzanne was known for her infectious laugh and will be missed.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the Menke Funeral & Cremation Center Sun City Room, Sun City, AZ. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Concluding services will be held at 12:30 p.m., Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Highland Park Cemetery, 2403 E. Wallen Rd., Ft. Wayne, IN 46825
Metevia, Virgil Leroy

Virgil Metevia passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
Virgil was born May 7, 1930 in Standish, Michigan to the late Raymond and Florence
(Bosley) Metevia. Virgil retired as a chemist with several patents in the silicone
rubber industry. He enjoyed playing golf, traveling, playing cards and spending
time with his family. Virgil is survived by his loving wife, Frances, and his four
children: Susan (David) Jewett, Mark (Donna) Metevia, Martin Metevia and
David (Barbara) Metevia; 4 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren
and 7 step-great grandchildren.
Private interment will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at the National Memorial
Cemetery of Arizona.
James Charles Betz, II, passed away February 14, 2023, in Sun City, AZ at the age of 88. He was born in St. Paul, MN to James and Areeta Betz.
James was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert. He is survived by his wife, Gail; son, James (Lisa) C. Betz, III; daughter, Wendy (Rick) Jaede; four grandchildren: Chris (Katya) Jaede, Lindsey Jaede, James (Kali) C. Betz IV, and Dan Betz; and three great-grandchildren: Sydney, Cooper and Tyrsa Jaede.
Jim was involved in St. Paul DeMolay and Elks Lodge where he served as Exalted Ruler and was active in the Methodist Church for 40+ years.
Jim was kind, generous, outgoing, considerate and loving.
A private entombment has been held.
A Memorial Service will be held at Lakeview United Methodist Church in Sun City on Monday, March 13, 2023, at 10:30 a.m.

Yolanda (Landa) Ray Titus

Landa Titus, of Sun City, AZ, unexpectedly passed away at home on February 12, 2023, at the age of 67, after having been briefly treated for cancer.
Landa was a loved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, daughter and friend.
Landa was born and raised in Rapid City, SD. She married Mike Titus on March 3, 1978, in Keystone, SD. They had two children, Nicholas (Nick) Nathan (2019) and Breena Leone, who they raised in Rapid City and Hill City, SD before relocating to Arizona in 2002.
Landa worked off and on during her life and always kept herself busy. She spent many years supporting, attending, coaching and volunteering as scorekeeper at baseball, softball and soccer games for her children and grandsons. She cherished the relationships and memories that were made through sports, not only with her kids and grandsons, but all the kids and the families she got to know. She loved her crafts, making many keepsakes for her grandsons and great grandsons and all her family. Landa also enjoyed traveling and happily made it to 37 states and Mexico many times. She enjoyed passing the time at the slot machines, playing cribbage, cards and killing as many as possible in social security and marbles games. Landa truly valued all the time she was able to spend with her family.
Landa was preceded in death by her son Nicholas; parents Donna (Whyte) and Jim Lowell and sister Lorrie (Bowar).
Landa is survived by her loving husband of 44 years Mike (Sun City, AZ); daughter Breena Titus and John Herder (Maui, HI); grandsons Laramie and Avery (Howard) Titus (Beaverdam VA), Damon and Shar (Visaya) Herder (Maui, HI), Kyle Titus and Alyssa Love (Ft. Mohave, AZ), Keaton Titus (Rapid City, SD), Elijah Titus-Linquist (Maui, HI), Gabriel Herder (Maui, HI) and Jakobi Herder (Maui, HI); great- grandsons Kingston Titus (Ft. Mohave, AZ), Odin Herder (Maui, HI) and Clayton Titus (Beaverdam, VA); her brother, Lenny Lowell (Rapid City, SD) as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be arranged for early summer in Rapid City, SD.
Beverly J. Lemm, 90, passed away February 11, 2023 in Scottsdale, AZ. Born September 26, 1932 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed dancing with the Silver Slippers in Brooklyn Center. She retired with her husband to Sun City in 1996 where she continued her passion with line dancing.
Beverly is survived by her children Tom Lemm, Jan Kreiter (Jeff) and Bob Lemm (JoAnn); grandchildren Breea, Daniel, Eric, Ben, Alia & Michael. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald, grand-daughter Becky, and daughter-in-law Debbie.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 24, 2023 at Menke Funeral & Cremation Center, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ. Interment will be at Sunland Memorial Park.
