Margie Anna Carolyn Hulda Mindrup Sellars Passed away March 25, 2006 in Peoria, AZ. Margie was born March 15, 1921 in Lexington, MO, to John and Thekla Gieseke Mindrup. She was raised in Edgerton, MO, graduated from Edgerton High School with Honors. She married Estol Eck Sellars and spent 65 wonderful years with him. She is survived by four children Clarence Lee Barbara Sellars, Judy Ann Mark Marcos, Carl Diane Sellars and Kent Judy Sellars, 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, Brothers Kenneth, LeRoy and Eugene Mindrup, Sisters Estelle Wright and Ruby Dokas. Margie and Eck moved to Forth Worth, TX in 1951 when her husband Eck was recalled into the Air Force. The family moved several times living in Texas and Cheyenne, WY, and France before moving to Glendale in 1959. Margie and Eck lived a few years in Michigan returning to Glendale in 1971 and moved to Sun City in 1981 where they now reside. Margie was a beautiful wife and mother, always putting family first and friends were always a close second. She always had a heart for hospitality and everyone was always welcome in her home and at her table, ready to serve the
Edna Maude Porter, 85, of Surprise, AZ, passed away on March 24, 2006. She was born in Muskogee, OK and came to Arizona in 1954. She was preceded in death by husband George William Porter in 1979. Survived by their children; Gary W. Porter, Jack C. Debbie Porter, Cindy Fred Baker and Ronnie J. Porter. Brother Barney Rowland, 11 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Art Gerald Lease Jr., 61, of Sun City, Arizona went home to be with the Lord on March 21 2006. He was born in Deadwood, South Dakota. He is survived by his siblings William Lease Barb and Vianne Kucera Jack and by his children Allison Mann Brent and Andrew Lease Celeste and his grandson Cameron Mann. He was also survived by nieces and nephews Emily Geraets Ryan, Nicholas Lease, and Neil Kucera. He was loved by his family and loved them in return. He will be greatly missed.
Lyle Dwayne Graham, 75. of Sun City West, AZ, passed away on March 15, 2006. He was a US Navy Veteran of Korea.
Mary S. Wilkinson, born February 4, 1917, and left to be with the Lord on March 12, 2006. Mary served in the military during World War II. She worked as a librarian and loved to travel. Mary was a loving and caring person and will be missed by all her friends.

Richard Dick E. Vernor, Jr., age 88 passed away Monday, March 6, 2006 at Sun Health Hospice in Peoria, AZ. Mr. Vernor was born in Marshall, Michigan and was a former funeral director in Michigan and Wisconsin, later employed by General Motors Corp., from which he retired in 1980. During WWII he served in the ETTC, Army Air Corps. He moved to Sun City, AZ in 1985 and is survived by his wife, Virginia, one son, David, of Mesa, AZ, one daughter, Patti Dixon of Vicksburg, MI and three stepsons, William McAllister of Tyler, TX, Thomas McAllister of Kalamazoo, MI and David McAllister of Tiffin, IA.
John S. Elchlinger passed into Heaven on Friday, March 3, 2006, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born to the late Mary and Vendal Elchlinger on July 19, 1926, in Cleveland, Ohio and brother to Mary Spinhirn deceased.
John is survived by his loving wife, LaVerne of 48 years, daughters, Debra Ryan Dan, Lana Owens Brant, Cheryl Mowinski David and son, Thomas Redlin Linda. His grandchildren, Sherri Mowinski, Steven Redlin, Bradley Redlin, Rachelle Lohr Redlin, Jonathan Owens and Jason Owens. He is also Step-Grandpa to Tony Parker Theresa, and Great Grandpa to Ashlyn Rachelle Lohr, Kaitlyn Parker and Jenna Parker.
John was a World War II Veteran, serving in the Third Infantry Division in the European Theatre. He was a Police Captain in Garfield Heights, Ohio for 25 years. Captain Elchlinger retired from the police force in November 1979. He moved to Scottsdale, Arizona along with his wife, LaVerne, in 1979, eventually settling in Sun City, where they have resided since. John went to work for the travel industry in Arizona where he was very happy for many years. He leaves many dear friends at the Wigwam Resort in Goodyear, Arizona.
Peder Strand is the most patient, kind, helpful and compassionate man in the world. He took care of my sons arrangements in 2008 and my Mothers in 2016. I would not want anyone in my family to go anywhere but Menkes and work directly with Peder.
