The Johnson Consulting Group of Scottsdale has recognized Menke Funeral & Cremation Center of Sun City with the Excellence in Customer Service Award for achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction in 2016. The Johnson Consulting Group is a nationally acclaimed funeral home consulting firm that developed and implemented the first of its kind JCG Performance Tracker ™ to measure a family’s level of satisfaction with their funeral home provider.
